CARDBOOKING DECLARATION

I have opted to pay by card (Visa or Master Card) & have filled in my card number above. I understand that the non-refundable `*Booking Deposit` will be debited from my card immediately & that the `**Remaining Balance` will be debited automatically from my card two months before the rental period commences. I consent to this. I am aware that a breakage deposit of €100 per week booked will be debited from my card in the event of any damage or loss to the property or its contents, non cleaning of the property on exit or for non payment of any additional services supplied such as heating.
